WE MAKE ISO & SHEQ COMPLIANCE EASY!

Helping businesses to understand & manage Safety, Health Quality and Environmental (SHEQ) risks.

Our Services

As a consulting and training organization focusing on business management systems. Our unique ability lies in the application of business risk management to develop management systems that will enhance the business performance of organizations, including the development of strategic and tactical plans. We use identified business risks and opportunities to plan the strategic goals of the organization, which are then translated into practical tactical plans, which form the basis of the business processes, procedures and associated resources that will enable the organization to achieve its long-term strategic goals. The business management system focuses on financial performance, environmental performance and health and safety performance, based on good corporate governance principles.

Corporate Sustainability

Corporate sustainability is about more than just protecting the environment, although that is core to this approach. A sustainable business is one that works in step with societal and environmental goals, rather than at odds with them.

In addition to the traditional pillars: Environment, Social, and Economic, we also have the forth pillar, which is the G, for governance.
The Environmental Pillar, which includes strategies to eliminate and offset greenhouse gas emissions, use green energy, eliminate toxic hazards, reuse or recycle materials and manage waste, reducing the carbon footprint throughout the value chain.
The Social Pillar relates to practices that promote the health, safety and wellbeing of employees, customers and communities. This includes activities like establishing an effective safety culture, ensuring customers have the information they need to use products safely and protecting access to basic resources.
The Economic Pillar is about ensuring businesses can survive and thrive to make a long-term positive impact. Examples of this might be reducing costs by using less plastic in product packaging or creating green jobs.
The Governance Pillar is essential to ensure organizations create a resilient culture and maintain trust.

Supply Chain Risk Assessments

With Globalization, greater ease of mobility and accessibility, and the growing availability of instant communications mean that individuals and organizations around the world are finding it easier to know about the decisions and activities of organizations in both nearby and distant locations. These factors provide the opportunity for organizations to benefit from learning new ways of doing things and solving problems. This means that organizations’ decisions and activities are subject to increased scrutiny by a wide variety of groups and individuals.
This also means that anything that can tarnish an organization’s image can go very far, very fast and can negatively impact the sustainability of the organization. To maintain their good reputation, many organizations go beyond their internal processes and consider their supply chains as well – they know that their supplier’s bad reputation also tarnishes their name – hence they look forward to accountability, transparency, ethical behavior, respect for stakeholder interests, respect for the rule of law, respect for international norms of behavior, and respect for human rights.
